All chairs are delivered within 1 - 2 weeks.  Accessories are shipped worldwide and usually delivered within 2 - 3 weeks.

We currently ship gaming chairs across continental US only. If you reside in Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska and would like to place an order, please contact us beforehand to arrange shipping.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

All gaming chairs are shipped out of warehouses in the US. Due to high demand, gaming accessories are shipped directly from the factory.




Returns of unused, standard products are acceptable within a 30 day window and are subject to a 30% restocking fee + return shipping.

Once your item is received by a warehouse, we will refund your order less shipping and restock fees.

The returned item must be in good + resellable condition otherwise we may not be able to fully refund your chair.

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours, so If you wish to cancel your order, you must alert us as as soon as possible 

Any orders that are cancelled or refused will be treated as a return and may be subject to the appropriate fees, including shipping costs, handling charges and processing fees.

In the rare event of DOA or damaged products upon delivery, we can work with you to exchange or return your products.
